Play the role of Presales Solutions Lead through DCX on Adobe Suite of Products, a crucial role in developing innovative solutions for complex technical and digital experience requirements. This role collaborates with sales, services, product, digital strategy, as well as prospective and existing customers.
Act as the first responder/Point of contact for C&M solutions and estimations on the assigned pursuits, and reach C&M Practice as needed for support and collaboration..
Identify Solution value drivers for client and opportunity situation, develop value messaging and positioning based on joint value creation and mapping value drivers, accelerators, and approach.
Work closely with business stakeholders and technical resources to uncover technical challenges and goals relating to digital experience, to then develop a solution and roadmap for the success of the customer.
Showcase through demonstrations and rapid prototyping how connected experiences come to life with the Adobe Experience Cloud. This includes the delivery of executive level demonstrations, construction of future state customer journey strategies, and developing long term IT roadmaps.
Provide contextualized solution content and technical narrative for RFP Responses and Orals.
Collaborate with Global/Local C&M Practices & CoE in finalizing solution win themes, accelerators, and differentiators, and delivering technical presentations to clients and partners.
Primary Skills
Experience in driving Presales solutioning and estimations, with at least 8 years in Adobe Content & Marketing implementation.
Experience in Adobe AEM, Campaign & Target, SEO presales solutioning for multi-tower AD & AMS deals.
The individual must be technology savvy and be abreast with emerging Digital technologies specifically Marketing & Content Management platforms etc.
A natural flair for good technical writing and should be able to review technical proposals and solution descriptions.
Secondary Skills
Have a fervor for Sales and understand the dynamics of Solution Selling.
Strong understanding of CX domains and technologies.
At least one advanced level Adobe certification.
