Product Manager – mobile apps

We are working with an exciting blue chip eCommerce organisation who has a new 12 month contract (with extensions) opportunity to drive strategy for a mobile app products which will improve customer experience.

Ideally you will have shipped mobile apps across iOS and Android platforms as well as an excellent understanding of the importance of customer feedback, NPS, reviews and rating to ensure customer experience is improving.

A large part of this role will be working with stakeholders, getting them onboard with product strategy/roadmap and then delivering on that product.

What we are looking for:

Are you someone that can navigate an enterprise and knows the current best practice and methods, if so we are looking for:
Lead mobile product strategy so that it can be used for planning a product roadmap
Strong understanding of mobile app technologies across iOS and Android to be able to look at a system architecture and provide input in the design process of the re-platforming
Excellent understanding of the importance of customer feedback, NPS, reviews and rating to ensure customer experience is improving
Use data analysis and reporting to drive product decisions, stakeholder engagement and backlog prioritisation
Experience and passion around the early stages of a product or major features
Experience in a digital business with a track record of improving the Customer Experience
Strong commercial understanding with Agile methodology for product development
Strong leadership skills as there will be an opportunity to mentor juniors
