What part will you play!
product – a market leader in this space. Integrations and informtion management from disparate information systems within Siemens SI IT application landscape including interfaces to Salesforce and ERP systems will play a key role to enable end-to-end business processes.
You will be responsible for Team Backlog and priorities, user stories are prepared and participates/contributes to Agile Planning meeting (PI)
Accept user-/enabler stories, participates in team demo and retrospectives
Build/support effective Agile team and its interfaces (PO, PM, SM, Architect, Dev.Team)
Contributes to business cases and ensure quality
Brings together system knowledge and customer needs
Budget ownership and full technical and commercial responsibility (incl. planning/forecasting)
Overall ownership and approval on all matters regarding IT Service technical and commercial topics (e.g. signs off all relevant SLAs/OLAs/KPIs, Budget, Service Prices and customer allocation)
Communication with Supplier, track and trace contract compliance, manage escalations/performance on strategic level for operations and project topics
Align/Negotiate SLA with customer and Track and Trace Service Level and keep targets, Coordination and Priorities, Service performance communication to business about releases etc..
Ensure compliance of the product along the product life cycle

Experience with Agile methodologies with 5 years of experience working in a DEV/OPS environment in a leading position
Entrepreneurial competencies: (lateral) leadership skills, output orientation, value oriented and user satisfaction driven, assertiveness, visionary, driver, analytical, negotiation skills, business admin and commercial capabilities, holistic view
Strong team player and service Management competencies including expectation and risk mgmt.
Provider Management Skills, Customer/provider relationship management soft skills (Stakeholder mgmt., customer centricity, conflict management, leadership and challenger)
IT and Business competences and Beneficial: Experience with the Tacton software platform
Professional Scrum Product Owner™ Certifications – Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) / SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager – is a plus
Fluent in English both oral and written, German is a plus
Leading development teams and gain experience towards being a project owner and freedom to explore and research new alternative solutions
