Job Description : Must have Tech Skills:
Should have experience with Java and Spring boot and preferably on some UI tech as well e.g. React or Angular
Working knowledge of AWS Dev Ops
Should have worked on Linux system and some scripting
Should have used log monitoring tools like Splunk / cloudwatch
Should have idea about CI/CD pipeline like Jenkins pipeline
Working knowledge of Database
debugging using developer tools in a browser
Nice to have:
Should have worked with monitoring tools (Zenoss / AppD)
Should have idea about the use and working of IBM MQ, Kafka
Should know the purpose and working of Docker & Kubernetes
Should have idea about API gateway tool like Apigee and how to do tracing with it
Work Timings:
There will be shift timings and five working days can be on the weekends sometime
Key Requirement:
Application support experience (L1 & L2) in a technical support role for APIs, AWS devops, and web portals. Preferably L3 experience as well
Background from DevOps or infra/platform areas with inclination to application understanding
Experience in analyzing logs & troubleshooting in the issues related to above areas
Experience of working in Linux env & system design concepts like load balancers, proxy, etc.
Ability to manage multiple customer / infra issues simultaneously
Good customer interaction skills and service ethics
Should be tech savvy with investigative mind and quick learner
Should be open learn new infra /tech stack, application functions.
