This position is for Obsolescence management team (OMT) interfacing with Cross functional teams like Engineering, Supply chain, Marketing, & customer support team across various sites of Honeywell. Be responsible for supporting OMT Case managers for resolution of component obsolescence issues impacting supported products. The Analyst will have to support tasks given by OMT Case manager that helps resolve cases faster and also handle cases resolution of a site or few product lines. Run various daily, weekly, monthly metrics, help automate reports & enhance tools partnering with IT team. Position is located in Bangalore

Responsibilities and Essential Functions

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master degree in Engineering/ Supply Chain Management/ Business3-6 years of experience in integrated supply chain / Electronics product development/Manufacturing function with strong Analytics / datamining/Automation experience.
Skills Needed:
Must possess good Electronics product development knowledge with excellent analytical skills
Cross-functional ISC/Engineering/Analytical background preferred
Understanding and experience with EEE Obsolescence Management processes
Knowledge of alternative methods to avoid last time buys (LTBs) such as Technology Transfer, Die Bank, Design Transfer, etc
Knowledge and understanding of Product Data Management (PDM) systems, SAP
Data skills and knowledge of VBA coding in Microsoft Excel & Access (macros) is beneficial.
Hands on experience in usage and administration of MS SharePoint
Must possess excellent analytical skills and should have an out of the box thinking ability.
Run daily, weekly and monthly reports to identify gaps and opportunities.
