Job Description : Job Profile:
We are looking for Software Testing professionals with 4+ years of experience in automation testing both mobile and web and with ability for attention to key areas and eagle eye analysis. The person/s must be efficient, task oriented and ready to take responsibilities with ability to learn and keep themselves updated with cutting edge tools and technologies. You’ll be enthusiastic with a positive attitude, dedication and willingness to work hard. The position will include a lot of interaction with foreign clients

What we are looking for in you

Experience in system level and enterprise level testing.
Experience in both web/mobile application testing both manual and automation testing.
Experience in performance test design using Jmeter.
Experienced in writing the test plan and risk analysis.
Experience in building automated test scripts using Selenium, Katalon etc.
Knowledge of the testing process and testing life cycle.
Detailed knowledge of Test scenarios/Test cases writing, Defect logging and tracking.
Better understanding of APIs and APIs testing preferably using postman/swagger, Rest API etc.
E-commerce domain knowledge is a big plus.
Experienced as test lead role on projects worked is a plus.
Mobile app testing and automation will add value.
Passionate about QA, wants to stay hands-on and enjoy testing.
Familiarity with agile development processes.
Knowledge in CI/CD will be an added advantage.
Certifications like ISTQB, CSTE will be a plus.
Good communication skills and a great Team player.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute on comprehensive test plans with minimal direction
Develop and maintain automation tests that adhere to test plans
Apply creative software engineering skills to a mixture of new and existing technologies to increase testing automation
Train and mentor others in testing methodologies for diverse software systems
Oversee bug reporting, tracking and communication with development teams
Ability to analyze failures to find root cause, and follow-up with development team to resolution.
Optimize test programs to reduce test times by improving the efficiency of the testing methods
Develop and publish metrics for test process

Key Skills

Automation testing
Web and mobile application testing both preferred
Automation tools like Selenium, Katalon Studio/Appium
Knowledge in CI/CD and DevOps principles will be an added advantage
Excellent Communication skills
Better understanding of APIs and APIs testing preferably using postman/swagger, rest API etc.
Financial/Banking domain knowledge is a big plus.
Test management tools like Jira-Zephyr
Knowledge of emerging web and mobile technologies.
