Inviting application for the role of Consultant – QA Engineer
In this role, you will be responsible for driving Functional Testing, Performance & Load Testing and DevOps initiative for digital transformation applications. You will be expected to be focused on Manual and Automation Testing of the Projects/CR delivered to users and implement best methodology using latest tools and framework.
Responsibilities!
Test Planning/Test Strategy creation for Projects/CR
Manual and Automation Testing using Katalon Studio
Application testing on Android device and API testing
Understand the complex system and provide technical solutions to the team
Mentoring and grooming teams for Testing Services
Review Test Scenarios, Test Signoff Reports
Identifying tools and infrastructure requirements
Collaborate with development and product teams to analyze, debug and resolve design and code issues.
Support cross-functional teams in integration test efforts
Defining Best Practices and Processes to be followed
Review documentations, for all the teams to ensure it serves its intended function
Understand business requirements, specifications, and other documents in support of projects. (BRD or FRD)
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
B.Tech /M.Tech or MCA in Computer Science

Preferred qualifications
Good hands-on experience on Creating Test Plan, Test Strategy, setting up Testing Environment, Understand business requirement
Good hands-on experience on manual and automation testing using Katalon Studio.
Well versed with Appium, Winium framework
Well versed with API testing and performance testing.
Knowledge of standard Change and Release Management process and agile methodology
Knowledge of any Test Automation tools
Have good Analytical and Problem-solving Skills
Good motivator and have good negotiation skills
Should be good with verbal and written communications, along with ability to work with different project teams
Good experience working in Agile methodology
Ability to quickly digest new information and learn new businesses and processes
Self-motivated with a solid sense of ownership and accountability for tasks
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment along with Partner Analysis
Good to have knowledge on automation and willingness to automate (Selenium)
