Job Description
Cash App is looking for a Reporting Lead to build and manage our Customer Success Reporting team for our Customer Operations group.
This role will be within our Cash Customer Operations team, managing reporting needs, which maximize customer happiness, team happiness, and operational efficiency.

You Will:
Lead a team of data analysts to synthesize insights from the vast amount of data captured by Cash
Partner closely with your data analytics and engineering counterparts
Collaborate with key support team stakeholders to craft reports that improve the performance of the team. You will also work with other Cash teams to generate and share learnings and drive the execution on your strategic reports through project management
Combine a passion for innovative analysis with the ability to build, engage, and retain a team of highly talented analysts

Qualifications
You Have:
Bachelor’s degree required, with major in analytical or technical field strongly preferred
5+ years of analytical experience, in product / BI analytics, business operations
2 years experience in people management
Expertise with SQL beyond querying: schema and ETL design, query optimization, data pipeline maintenance. Experience with reporting and visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau, Looker)
Customer Success Industry experience
Knowledgeable of operations metrics like AHT, CSAT
Creative data visualizer and dashboard creator
Familiarity with scripting/programming for data mining and modeling (R, Python) and ETL development (Ruby, Python)
Statistics basics required; significant experience working with AB tests preferred
Proven ability to hire and develop top talent
Ability to juggle and prioritize between a plethora of tasks, accurately scoping out level of effort and impact to the business in order to determine priority order
Creative problem-solving and a can-do attitude to overcome obstacles, get things done
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions including product, marketing, analytics, engineering
Even Better:
Worked in a similar role (operations, support, analytics), and feel comfortable interacting with other stakeholders and senior management on a regular basis
