Your Role and Responsibilities
Digital Workplace Services (DWS) is looking for strong solution leaders to join our Global Center of Competency (COC) team. The Digital Workplace Service team member is responsible for assisting in the solutioning and selling of both project and managed services contracts to Fortune 500 clients across the Global. The CoC is responsible driving pipeline, coordinating with business partners and local account leadership, and providing feedback to the Offering Team. The position requires previous experience in solutioning for services for the end user computing in the Modern Workplace with Microsoft product suite (e.g. MS365, Azure Active Directory, O365, and WVD). The CoC will develop and lead the execution of effective solution strategies to convince clients of the business value of DWS proposal while providing clear differentiation over the competitors. This includes establishing strong working relationships with local account teams who will typically own the client relationship.

Job responsibilities:

Effectively communicate the capabilities and value of our Digital Workplace Services solutions at both the technical and executive levels within our clients’ organizationsLead negotiations with clients as the SME for Digital Workplace Services as part of a deal teamEffectively communicate improvements to the DWS service based on the deal reviews (win and loss) and client feedbackDevelop solution and pricing strategy needed to meet client requirements, provide business value, and differentiate Kyndryl from its competitorsDrive pricing and proposal development including the creation of statements of work
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
10+ years of solution experience5+ years of experience focused on digital workplace solutionsCompetitive knowledge of the Microsoft products and transformation to the Modern Workplace and alternative solutionsWorking knowledge of end user computing and device lifecycle management processes and supporting technologiesProven ability to develop solution strategies and provide subject matter expertise within a larger deal team in a highly matrix environmentTrack record of working effectively with IT executives across business and finance disciplines, ability to develop effective value positions that align with client requirements and business strategiesOutstanding written and verbal communication skills and ability generate client materials for presentationsAbility to travel up to 50%
