This is a Sales Specialist role, reporting to Cluster Manager in motion division located in Jamshedpur. Responsible for sales of products/systems within a designated market in accordance with strategy. Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities.
Your responsibilities
Selling LV motors to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for business across the territory assigned.
Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promoting customer understandings of full offering of products and aligning to provide a solution. Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Preparing and monitoring sales plan on regular basis.
Establishing and monitoring sales bids.
Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensure know how sharing and cross collaboration.
Monitoring customer and market trends to develop effective marketing activities in collaboration with the division.
Focus on Value based selling.
Managing customer accounts receivables.
Your background
BE/B Tech in Electrical/Automation domain.
More than 4 years of experience in Sales.
Sound knowledge of Rotating machines.
Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
Ability and willingness to develop innovating sales approach based on digital tools.
