Job Description : Job DescriptionDuPont Specialty Company’s Information Technology Customer Experience group is looking for a Salesforce.com developer to develop solutions supporting global marketing and sales initiatives. Solutions will target customer and business experience satisfaction, provide process and productivity efficiencies, be scalable and maintainable. The candidate will be responsible for designing, building, testing and implementing process automations and new applications. Working cross functionally to implement and support integrations with Salesforce.com orgs and other pertinent applications and systems is also expected.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES· Responsible for Salesforce configuration and developing in Force.com, Visualforce, Apex, Java, Javascript, and other technologies to build solutions, including Lightning components, that support business requirements and drive business value· Identify and remediate existing Salesforce code· Identify opportunities to build and configure solutions on the Salesforce platform.· Perform technical analysis, level-of-effort estimation, design, development, implementation of applications with necessary customizations and integration· Support across systems and related integrations native to our Salesforce ecosystem.· Work with cross-functional teams to maintain, enhance, and develop Salesforce applications· Troubleshoot and fix defects for planned releases and production issues· Research and find opportunities to implement and utilize Salesforce best practices, guidelines to improve system productivity, scaling and monitoringSkills & Experience· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field· 3+ years of experience in Salesforce.com platform as a developer· Certified Salesforce.com Platform Developer or equivalent experience· VisualForce, Apex Classes/Controllers, SOQL, Apex Triggers development experience, Salesforce Lightning· Experience using Salesforce development tools (Data Loader, Eclipse Force.com IDE, MS VS Code)· Strong understanding of relational databases and has developed a competency around MS SQL Server, MYSQL, or Oracle· Experience working with technical and business stakeholders from global cross-functional teams· Certified Salesforce.com Administrator or equivalent experience· Understanding of key SFDC architecture concepts and how they influence design· In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment· Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment· Familiar with DevOps, life cycle management and source controlJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹1,400,000.00 – ₹2,300,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 3 years (Preferred)
