Job Description : Responsibilities:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Salesforce salesforce marketing cloud developer/salesforce marketing cloud administrator certifications required.
Deep knowledge of the SFMC platform and how it integrates with Salesforce CRM as a B2B function to build and deliver best in class personalized customer journey including but not limited to welcome series, nurture, renewal, re-engagement, transactional, behavioral, etc.
Prior experience implementing full-cycle projects in SF Marketing Cloud, including behavioral data, API, customer data, decision splits, campaign sources, salesforce CRM syncs, how-to data map data extensions, email opt-out sync, etc.
Experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation studio, Einstein, Analytics Builder
Proficient in Amp scripting and content builder.
Develop modular template and csv
Design business solutions on the Marketing Cloud platform based on business needs.
Will lead creation of new campaigns, including data configuration, audience creation, and utilization of capabilities in the platform.
The candidate must also be able to identify and confirm technical design risks and develop mitigating approaches.
Required skill set:
Education :- B.E, B.Tech,B.sc It, M.Sc IT, MCA Preferred
Experience: Minimum 2 years+ certification
