Job Description : Concentrix Tigerspike is looking for a Scrum Master who is excited to guide and support software development teams in Agile methods, sometimes implementing new frameworks (such as Scrum or Kanban) for the first time.Project Managers and Scrum Masters at Tigerspike are responsible for managing the successful delivery of bespoke applications to Tier 1 national and international clients. They are accountable for the entire project lifecycle from commercial sign-off and conception through design, engineering, test and release.An exciting opportunity to work on a large scale digital transformation for one of Australia’s best known brands. This will be supported by a framework and structure that will set team members up for success and allow them to deliver their best work possible.Tell me more!Scrum Masters at Tigerspike are responsible for promoting and supporting Scrum by helping the clients and internal Tigerspike teams understand Scrum theory, practices, rules and values. The Scrum Master helps people outside of the Scrum Team understand which of their interactions with the Scrum Team are helpful and which aren’t.Who are you?You’re an ambitious self-starter who shows perseverance because you’re hungry for results. You diffuse high-tension situations comfortably and negotiate skilfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups.
