Job Description : Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
3 years of experience in program or project management
Ability to speak and write in English and Hindi fluently
Preferred qualifications:

Experience managing a vendor, vendor operations, training, and operational scale up
Experience operating or creating dashboards
Experience with statistical programming (e.g., R, Stata, SAS, SQL, or other programming languages)
Experience editing HTML, writing API guides/references, and authoring generated API documents
Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with varying priorities
Passion for creators and creator experiences

In this role, you will be responsible for helping with integration of our product partners. You will collaborate with teams in Engineering, Sales, and Product Management to leverage emerging processes for our internal or external clients and partners. From concept design, to troubleshooting with partners, and scaling processes, you will oversee business operations of Google’s product partnerships such as Maps, Google Pay, Google Play, Google Assistant, Commerce, Pixel, News, and Search.
You will balance business and partner needs with process constraints, develop innovative scaling solutions, and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.

Responsibilities
Work with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Engineering, Product Management, Business Development, Sales, and Marketing) to onboard partners/content creators, improve the overall on-boarding process, and support product launches.
Provide operational expertise to scale partner support, develop partner facing documentation, and help center articles.
Manage strategic partners’ tactical product integration and management through partner education and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and prioritize tools and product features needed to improve external partner processes and performance.
Define, establish, measure, and report on metrics to analyze the partner experience and internal efficiency, including customer service Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and support volumes.
