WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
In support of our rapid growth, Digimind is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic Asia Pacific team. This role is based in Jakarta.
Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director, you will have the global mission of building and managing your own sales pipeline in order to expand the company’s customer base.
Key responsibilities include:
Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities (new logos)
Adopting a very proactive sales approach to penetrate new accounts by connecting and establishing relationships with senior-level executives across the organization
Own the entire sales cycle – from prospecting, platform demo, negotiation through to closing
Collaborate closely with our Solution Consultants team to prepare and customize technical product demos that answers business objectives and challenges
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, business proposals, and other supporting materials with exceptional quality and timeliness
Attend networking events and conferences to develop contacts
Build industry knowledge by staying up to date with digital intelligence strategies & best practices including brand reputation, consumer insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, and influencer marketing strategy
WHAT YOU BRING :
A Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Marketing or a related field
4+ years of solution sales experience selling big data, social listening, or SaaS applications to organizations
Ability to sell to Director level and above across Marketing, Digital and other business units
Strong track record and history of carrying and exceeding a sales quota
Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on the investment value statement
Complete professional fluency in English is required,
Comfortable with the sales tech-stack, you are proficient with Hubspot and Salesforce or willing to learn quickly,
Team player, disciplined, persistent with the ability to think outside the box
Well versed in sales methodologies (Value-Based Selling or similar)
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively bringing in the right resources to bear at the right stage in the selling process
