Key Responsibilities
Design, build, configure and deploy Privileged Access Management solution.
Assess the current privileged accounts management and recommend effective improvements
Define new standard operating procedures for Privileged Access Management implementation.
Design PAM integrations and workflows and engage with application/infrastructure stakeholders.
Ability to work with the internal project team and end customer to continue design and deployment activities and further enhance the PAM solution.
Consult & guide Application- and System owner on PAM processes and the technology concepts
Documentation skills and Strong understanding and experience with the implementation and functionality of Privileged Access and Account Management systems and controls
Security Policy and Governance experience and appreciation.
Develop and define approval criteria for privilege requests.
Define SLAs for privilege requests.
Participate in and support strategic growth and business development initiatives
Audit PAM activities and collaborate with the Security team to take necessary actions.
First level Approver for Admin Rights requests.
PAM Client deployment on Workstation/Servers/Mac Clients.
Must be flexible, willing to undertake a wide variety of new challenging tasks, while driving results.
Use customer-centric metrics to test, validate, and prioritize areas for improvement in the customer journey.
Champion the client experience as PAM initiatives are launched; liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure cross-department client engagement efforts are aligned.
Key Skillset:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electronics or equivalent combination of education and professional experience required
8+ years experience of broad professional experience in a similar role
Good knowledge of Privileged Access Management Competency
Good knowledge of AD and Azure Active directory.
Good knowledge of Cloud Platforms.
Good knowledge of Cyber Security fundamentals.
Good knowledge of overall endpoint infrastructure management.
Highly organized and self-motivated with good time management skills.
Customer service orientation, and strong interpersonal skills.
Analytical thinker with creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to work closely with the business community as well as technical resources in a tactful, professional manner.
Ability to facilitate the meeting of peers, enable discussions that lead to resolution, and communicate results.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas and persuade others to accomplish challenging goals and objectives
Works well with teams that may be globally co-located.
