Full-stack engineer
Experience: 3 years – 8 years Education: BTech/BE or MCA or MTech in IT/Computer science
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead software design team and manage the program progress with quality deliveryShould have very strong hands-on experience as a full-stack engineer with big-data and cloud experienceThe candidate can fit for the Individual contributor roleWrite clean, concise code that is stable, extensible, and unit-tested appropriatelyDiagnose complex issues, evaluate, recommend, and execute the best resolution.Solution driven person who should Provide architectural and design input, with the ability to dive deep into technical details as requiredWork closely with key partners in executing the product vision for multiple workstreams. This includes internal/external engineering teamsEnsure the team’s success through a translation of Business Requirements into tech implementationWorking with technical staff on Project Design/Development, with end-to-end oversight of on-time delivery with high quality
Working with various internal teams and tech leaders to build roadmaps for each of the phases and enable the deliveryImplement software solution as per business requirementHelping define user stories, research appropriate technical solutions, and provide guidance to the team regarding architecture, design, and priorities
Translate feature requests into technical specifications and influence design and architectural decisions
Prioritize the intake and manage the backlog of request
Skills:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field will help
Mandatory skills: Scala/Java, AWS developer, Spark, Web API, Kafka/Any Streaming platform/Message queue, Full stack developer,RDBMS(SQL)
– Secondary skills- SQL, Bigdata, CICDGood to have AWS associate developer certification, Kotlin, DevOps practicesData Engineering experience using big data technologies.Minimum 2-3 Years of hands-on experience in Java
Experience in defining technology roadmap, identifying pain areas of business, and proposing solutions
Strong Experience in creating Restful Web servicesExperience in cloud-based systems (AWS Preferred)Object-oriented design including design patternAgile & Waterfall methodologies experience using JIRA, MS Projects, Smartsheet extensively
Experience working with development methodologies, e.g., Agile and SCRUMSolid communications skills and capability to influence multi-functional teams and key decision-makersTravel domain expertise is good to have
