Job Description : DevOps H&T JD:
Candidate must have Graduation in any discipline.

Candidate must have 3+ years IT industry experience in any of the following:
Programming experience in Java, .net, Python, PHP etc.
Build and release management experience, predominantly on automating application build and deployment processes.
System administration including Source code management, configuration management etc.
Cloud administration
Candidate must have knowledge/experience in Shell, Perl, Python scripting.
Candidate is expected to have thorough understanding of SDLC and Agile processes.
Candidate should have basic cloud knowledge and nice to have any of cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Candidate should have good communication skills and have a positive learning aptitude.
Experience/knowledge in DevOps tools is added advantage.

Responsibilities:
Upon joining candidate will undergo 6 weeks internal training in one of the DevOps skill cluster (AWS DevOps, Azure DevOps or GCP)
Candidate is expected complete the training successfully as mandated by Cognizant Academy.
Post of completion of training candidates will be placed on customer project wherein they are responsible for:
Implement DevOps solutions as designed/proposed by an Architect
Troubleshoot any issues within existing DevOps platform
Working on enhancement to existing platform
Automate manual/repetitive activities.
