Position Purpose

Crossroads is a transformation program aiming at implementing an integrated Middle to Back Office operating model, supported by a single core IT system Multifonds (MFGA). The program intends to rationalize Middle-Office position keeping and Fund Accounting IT platforms and address obsolescence issues. This program will support the commercial development of the Asset Owners/Asset Managers client line and improve user-experience for BP2S global clients. Crossroads is highly strategical for the business line, therefore its governance gathers the highest level of BP2S management and it benefits from the executive sponsorship of the Head of BP2S Client Delivery and the Head of BP2S Strategic Business Development and Transformation. Crossroads encompasses 4 streams:
Middle to Back integrated model, aiming at designing and deploying the Middle-Office Position Keeping and integrate this model with the existing FA operated on the MFGA platform.
Global Fund Accounting, aiming at implementing FA model in the US and the UK.
Data and Reporting, aiming to develop a data factory to produce internal and client MOPK/FA reporting.
Migration and Decommissioning, aiming to migrate BP2S clients and portfolios to Multifonds, and decommission the legacy platforms.

Responsibilities:

The Release & Defect IT leader is a transversal position that will be responsible for ensuring that all applications involved within Xroads program deliver in staging and production the agreed scope for each milestones with the quality expected. Crossroads program involves around 15 applications belonging to IFS but also MFS and Global Market. This person will report functionally to the Programme Global Test Leader and it involves high visibility. It encompasses
Collect functional and technical scope related to Xroads communicated by each applications
Follow each applications milestones linked to Xroads deliveries (IST end, UAT start, UAT end, Go live prerequisites, Warranty period)
Control at each milestones that committed Xroads scope is still included meeting exit and entry criteria (functional and technical ones such as Quality Card)
Assess with streams IT PM & Stream leaders the impacts of each release for the stream & the program
Liaise with applications IT to express their pre requisites in term of data set and scenario to validate their release scope.
Point of escalation for blocking points on any release topics with ADM and APS stakeholders
Follow test progress of each streams
Manage defects (Identification, Assignment, Proper replication, Date of fix, Impact on the stream/program, Delivery process, Validation of correction, daily follow up, root cause and trend analysis)
Ensure all is available for each test phase – IST, UAT for applications, but also for End to End test phase and for Client test also –
Back up of Environment IT leader

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

8+ years in IT BP2S environment as Tech lead or Test Manager
Master BP2S testing tool (Quality Center or Octane)
Master BP2S GIT management
Master Quality Card and ATOME
Master Go live pre requisites provided by APS
Highly autonomous with excellent problem solving skills
Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle.
Ability to establish solid relationships with others IT applications managers or technical leaders
Ability to establish strong relationships with APS stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong communicative ability
