Job Description : In 2016, the Hong Kong Studio became Riot’s first international game development studio. Then in 2020, Riot established the Singapore Studio as its second international studio. Together, across both sites, Riot has been expanding our footprint in Asia to accelerate our talent growth to develop games that deliver great experiences to our players. We partner with our LA headquarters on game development for League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, Legends of Runeterra, and VALORANT. We’re also building a team for Project L, our take on a fighting game. The Hong Kong and Singapore Studio is seeking talented, passionate people with backgrounds across all areas of game development to build games that make it better to be a player.

As the Senior Business Systems Analyst, You will work proactively, continuously and relentlessly on identifying gaps in infra, systems and platforms. You will lead the design, provide innovative solutions and act as a tech SME for business requirements that results in enhancing system functionality and scale new and current systems, processes and procedures. You will do this while optimizing cost as much as possible. Finally, you will be involved in executing the following with excellence as well as mentor some of the team in the following: configuring system settings and unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities
Engages with teams across the company, documents business functions, gathers information and output requirements
Handles technical and product-based questions and escalations from colleagues
Investigates and document business process and technical requirements
Contributes to the continuous improvement of the IT team’s work intake process
Presents to stakeholders and clearly communicates business findings and requirements
Provides recommendations and action plans based on research and available information
Incident owner for urgent or complex issues and finding solutions and ensure they are implemented
Work with other IT colleagues to assist with process improvement and act as a tech consultant
Skillset Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Network and Infrastructure Engineering, and IT-related disciplines such as COBIT and ITIL.
Agile Project Management (ie. Scrum Master & Scrum Product Owner)
Over 8 years of relevant experience
Able to work independently and make decisions that affect all projects
Contributes to roadmap products at an individual contributor scope, including tactical implementation details and emergent responses
Ability to assess and prioritize incoming requests
Fluent in English
Technical Qualifications
Networking protocols (TCP/IP), services (DNS), routing (BGP), and tools (ping, tracert)
Advanced level routing and switching
Network security (e.g. Firewalls, load balancer, traffic visibility, AAA)
Network utilities (e.g. ICMP, Syslog, Traceoptions, Netflow, SNMP, Wireshare, etc.)
Experience with Windows, Linux, Storage and hardware virtualisation
Scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Terraform, or Ansible
Experience with Windows Domain Administration and Auditing
System design and administration of imaging services with operating systems including Windows Server and Linux
Powershell Automation – Design/Develop/Test/Maintenance of Scripts, Modules, Desired State Configuration
Networking Services (DNS, DHCP, NPS/RADIUS, NLB/Clustering, DirectAccess/VPN, SNMP)
App Lifecycle Infrastructure – Package Development/Testing Methodology, Package Inventory/Distribution Systems
Containerization Architecture – Kubernetes, Node Cluster – Labeling (Arch/Device-based), Public/Private Registry, Container – Networking (NLB/IngressRoute), Storage (Volume/ConfigMap/SecretMap/VolumeMount)
CI/CD – GitOps, Helm Charts, Kustomize, YAML/JSON Manifests
