Job Description : RoleThe Senior Data Architect will design, direct, and maintain the implementation of a world-class business intelligence solution to support a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.Years of Experience: 10-15 yearsPrimary ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage an enterprise-wide data management vision and roadmap which encompasses all of the enterprise systems, applications, and dataOrganize, map, and structure data flows to ensure that all enterprise data provenance is known and documentedResponsible for the creation, ownership and modification of data governance processes and proceduresClarify data stewardship responsibilities, maintain data quality, and develop master data products for the enterpriseServe as BI SME by investigating and implementing the latest solutions available Ensure the most efficient and effective BI solutions and practices are in placeEstablish and enforce policies to align company resources towards responsible data collection, transformation, and consumptionDirect and approve the design of business intelligence systemsMonitor, analyze, and adjust business intelligence solutions to maximize balance between currency of data and performance of production systemsPresent and demonstrate business intelligence best practices to key stakeholders Design and enforce data security policies and procedures to ensure security of sensitive data .Exp in cloud infrastructures like AWS, GCP, Azure.Assist all internal teams with the identification, evaluation and mitigation of business intelligence risksManage communications and expectations with stakeholdersProvide training and mentoring to Business Applications team membersSkills & RequirementsMaster’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work-related experience .Minimum of 10 years’ experience designing, implementing and maintaining BI and DW solutionsStrong proficiency In data profiling, data Integration, and data quality assurance Strong Proficiency in RDBMS database security, data recovery, performance, monitoring, and tuning Experience in Snowflake MSSQL, Oracle, or similar solutionsExperience in Domo, Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects, or similar solutions Experience in a cloud-based environment (AWS)Experience in introducing and enforcing successful data governance policies and proceduresAbility to translate business concepts and priorities into business intelligence designs and present to executive level audienceAbility to communicate complex technical concepts in an effective manner to a wide audience of non-technical stakeholdersStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish strong cross-organizational partnershipsJob Type: Full-time
