Job Description : Senior Director, Creator Success

Reports to: Head of Marketing, Sales and Creator Success

The Role:

The Head of Creator Success will plan and ensure successful product adoption and growth for Creators at LTK. The team’s mission is simply to ensure that Creators see faster growth by working smarter, not harder. This proactive and creator-first leader will be responsible for managing the team of Account Executives who interact with LTK influencers.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Establish quarterly goals, KPIs and OKRs for ongoing team management and business results.
Work cross-functionally with sales, customer support, marketing, data and engineering to enable a seamless customer experience.
Elevate influencer experience as well as drive efficiencies and reduce cost to serve.
Operate with a deep, empathetic understanding of our influencer customer.
Build templates, toolkits and training materials to ensure that all Account Executives provide top-notch consulting.
Champion team development and expansion across the organization.
Partner with stakeholders to pilot new initiatives/opportunities, measure results, and optimize outcomes.
Manage complex negotiations with top Creators and their management teams.
Share best practices with international teams to establish world-class processes.
Participate as an active member of the extended leadership team by communicating challenges, opportunities and proposed solutions.

Number of influencers posting regularly, and number of posts
Product usage
Gross merchandise value

Professional Characteristics:

Customer-first mindset. Deeply understands the needs and workflow of the influencer.
Natural self-starter, excited to manage and continue building world-class scalable service at a high growth company.
Experience in the retail, B2C, or 3-sided marketplace industries (such as UBER, LYFT, Doordash, etc) is a plus!
CRM Platform experience in Braze (preferred), Salesforce, Oracle, Hubspot, or similar experience.
Exceptionally strong project management skills.
Strong collaborator who can build key connections.
Analytical approach to decision making.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience leading multi-channel customer support/success/service teams with experience in a fast-growth organization.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business; MBA preferred but not required.
Experience with apps and/or SaaS preferred.
Track record for building and growing support organizations characterized by customer-centricity and high productivity.
Strong empathy for customers; employs a customer approach at all times.
Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret business intelligence to develop strategy and make recommendations.
Acute attention to detail, allowing you to think big, adapt quickly, and act fast.
Thrives in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
