Your goal is to understand software applications, find weaknesses and expose these through well-defined test cases. Target applications include state of the art Mobile Applications and our latest web application stack
Responsibilities:

Works as a member of our manual test Quality Assurance Team providing testing service to our internal business partners and external clients.
Participates actively in the Agile development lifecycle to best position the test strategy for the application at hand; comfortable and familiar with Agile concepts, process and scrum teams
Performs analysis on business requirements / functional documents and produce testing documents / test cases as required
Sets high standards for own work and ensure high quality outcomes are achieved
Prepares project estimates and schedules of project activities as required
Sets realistic and achievable expectations for deliverables
Ensures effective work habits including punctuality, responsiveness and accessibility to others
Promotes team work and collegiality in the work environment
Succeeding as a Quality Engineer will require the following core qualifications and skills:

Hands-on experience with web applications in an Agile development framework

Hands-on experience with databases, sql queries. Proficient in creating your own queries.
Ability to analyze the functional and business requirements and to design test plan and test cases accordingly and to execute test case and report test results.
Familiarity with ALM, Azure Dev Ops, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office

Excellent Problem solving, decision-making and negotiating skills

Must have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Ability to handle multiple tasks on a time-sensitive basis

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
