Job Description : Tasks
Application of software quality assurance for the assigned projects with different domains and different customers
Plan, participate and track all Start-of-Phase, End-of-Phase software reviews and reviews according to the software development plan
Responsible in releasing software development plan of all assigned projects
Regularly examine the review information, products, support documents etc. to verify the projects are developing according to the plan -In case of deviations, to derive countermeasures and tracking the completion of these actions.
Support project leaders and software teams in all software quality related activities
Leads and Coordinate customer/internal audits and assure follow-up on improvement actions
Collect and evaluate software metrics periodically
Represent the software quality towards the customer
Support software process improvement activities Exceeding quality activities, he is responsible for coaching the project teams in all development process activities towards A-SPICE Level 3
Report the software quality assurance activities regularly via an independent channel
Qualifications
Degree / Masters in Computer Science/Engineering, or a related discipline, preferably with specialization or related experience in the area of embedded software development
Minimum 3 years experience in software quality assurance activities.
Candidate with more experience will be considered for principal role. The position will be determined base on the individual relevant years of experience

Experience in conducting software audits/process compliance checks
Good understanding of software development life-cycle and development methodologies
Customer-oriented, able to learn independently and work systematically under tight schedules
Ability to work independently and in a teambased environment
Good written and oral communication skills
Willing to travel overseas for training and/or projects on short notice
Knowledge of Automotive SPICE and/or CMMI would be added advantage
