Get to know the role
We are looking for a senior manager to lead the indoor team. We believe a successful candidate has solid Geo domain knowledge and rich management experience, but if you believe you have what it takes then we’d love to hear from you either way. This role is required because Indoor is becoming the key to bringing Geo to the next level. In return, you will get an opportunity to use the most cutting-edge technology to improve user experience and platform efficiency.
The Day-to-Day Activities
You lead and specialize in the product form and tech selection for Indoor;
You are responsible for designing an optimized tech solution based on large scales of user data analysis;
You make an impact by making indoor products to improve the platform efficiency and creating a user-centric service platform.
The Must-Haves
You have Heart, Hunger, Honour, and Humility
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or a relevant major)
You have at least 8 years of experience in the service development field and 4 years of experience in team management
You have an extensive working knowledge of creating Geo-related services such as navigation etc.
You are organized, insightful and can communicate your observations well, both written and verbally
You are a proactive and impartial team player who possesses the tenacity to meet deadlines and adapt to fast-paced changes
The Nice-to-Haves
Familiarity with indoor positioning / 3D / CV
The ability to build a product from scratch
