Arbolus has seen tremendous growth in the past years and, as we look towards our next phase, we are expanding our Engineering Team. We are looking for a strong ML/NLP (Sr) Engineer to join our growing tech team in Gurgaon
The ideal candidate is experienced (3-5 years) in working on ML/NLP products, is naturally entrepreneurial, a hustler, and has excellent communication skills. This is a highly influential role focused on building ML / NLP based new products in the market. If you are someone who is excited by a fast-paced environment and engaging with senior stakeholders to drive product adoption, this is an ideal position for you.
About the role
You will focus on building ML / NLP driven content products. Working as part of the global tech team, you will partner with Product and Engineering teams to solve problems with Machine Learning and help Arbolus build cutting edge products and solutions. We would like you to join us on an exciting journey to create advanced ML products.
Your key responsibilities will include:Build robust data and ML pipelines for various models like Summary Extraction, Recommendation Engine, Content Classification, Learning to Rank, Churn Prediction, Content Categorization
End to end development and testing of the ML solutions as per the requirements. Design, run, analyse and automate A/B and multivariate hypothesis tests aimed at optimizing customer experience, business KPIs and product funnels.Be involved in technology research, capability building across newer technologies and tools in the Machine Learning / Deep Learning/ Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Analytics ecosystem at scale.Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures. Experience in writing and testing code for production systems.Ability to write high-performance code in Python. Experience in ML.Net learning framework would be an added advantage
Experience with Airflow/Oozie or MLflow. Experience in both scalable computing and machine learning frameworks like Hadoop, Apache Spark, scikit-learn and Tensorflow. Experience in leveraging Github and version control best practices. Ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, collaborative and iterative environment.
