The ideal candidate is expected to have a good architecture experience along with hands on development experience. The candidate must be able to work both independently and as a lead to help mentor / train other application developers. Must be a self-starter & be able to work with minimum supervision. Should be capable of independent performer roles.
Responsibilities
Translate functional requirements from business users into sound technical designs that meet business objectives.
Provide subject matter expertise for use of the Magento platform.
Working with the infrastructure team, recommend architecture changes to improve performance and availability.
Proactively work with Adobe Experience Manager as a CMS for Integrations and Support
Proactively offer solutions to complex technical problems.
Developing Custom modules, Extending Magento modules & Theme developments
Customer interaction and product ownership
Must have
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Must have a 6 to 8 years on web application/ ecommerce development (PHP)
LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP) experience
Magento 2.0 (or higher) development experience
Knowledge of AEM and working knowledge to support on need basis
Migration projects background to AEM and Magento.
Solid client side scripts background
Knowledge of CSS & Java Script
Knowledge of responsive design & Web Application
Flexible to work on shift basis if need arises. 3-4 Hours overlap with clients in CST Timezone.
Better to have
WordPress development experience
Experience with web service development
Experience with Azure web hosting & Administration
ECom sites ground up development and Migration
