Job Description : Job DescriptionThis position involves -Responsibility for the overall design of HVAC systems & deliverables, including Concept, Scheme, Design Development, Tender Design / Documentation (including Technical Specification, BOQ, Schedules and Drawings).Design to current legislation and codes of practiceIndependently communicate with clients on a regular basisMentor and assist Junior engineersPrepared to undergo training in learning new software if neededOpen to work odd hours if required to meet deadlines.Willingness to accept and implement constructive feedback.Experience6+ years of experience in designing of HVAC system.Experience in design of HVAC systems for commercial, residential, retail projects.Ideally should have experience of sustainability-based projectsGood understating & knowledge of international codes like ASHRAE, SMACNAGood IT skills comprising Microsoft Office, HVAC cooling load software (Trane Trace, Camel, IES VE etc.), AutoCAD, Bluebeam.Good communication skills and ability to interact with client on a regular basis.Consistently produce accurate work without errors.Experience working on US/UK/Australia projects will be an added advantage.QualificationBE/B. Tech Degree in Mechanical Engineering with relevant technical qualifications.CompensationCompensation for this post will be in line with qualifications and experience.
