Position Title: Scrum Master (Corporate Website)

Position Description : Broadridge is seeking a project manager for our rapidly expanding digital marketing operations. The candidate will have the skills for sprint planning and timeline management for various projects related to www.broadridge.com and our marketing websites.
The Digital Marketing team serves as an internal agency partner to build a cohesive digital marketing experience for line of business (LOB) marketers across the organization’s public properties – www.broadridge.com. The Digital Team scrum master should be a highly motivated professional who executes with excellence. The individual will be responsible for doing business and impact analysis for projects and planning timelines. The project manager will oversee regular follow-ups with members of the Digital Team, internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure projects remain on track and overcome barriers to completion.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with website team in India and US for successful execution of website projects
Work with the scrum master in the US to manage sprints and manage the project backlog
Provide weekly reports and status updates for ongoing projects
Proactively suggest and recommend ideas for process improvements
Communication with the global Digital Team and stakeholders
Project status and escalation of critical issues
Propose on ideal /alternate solutions to the customer’s business need
Articulate technical and business concepts with confidence
Development projects on special assignments in support of day-to-day digital marketing operations
Technical documentation
Ensure new solutions are validated and documented for future reference
Participate in weekly conference calls with Digital Marketing (be available for daily stand-up and check-in calls)
Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to client questions / concerns
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in technology, PGDM, MBA or any advanced degree
Must have 3-5 years of experience in project management, sprint planning or equivalent
Good knowledge and experience with Agile methodology, SDLC, KPIs and ceremonies
Good understanding of digital marketing tools and technologies, especially SEO and Google Analytics.
PMP is a plus
Should have analytical skills to interpret and visualize website data
Experience with large, complex, and multi-phased software implementations, agile methodology a plus
Work independently and be self-directed
Ability to maintain systems, strong attention to detail
Knowledge of developing public web portals preferred
Excellent verbal, written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
