You will be joining an existing team of professionals both contract and perm all aligned to delivering the best technology solutions to meet the departments ever expanding needs.

Our client is actively looking for an additional contract resource to join their existing team and aid in the businesses IT focuses and goals. You will be joining an existing team of professionals both contract and perm all aligned to delivering the best technology solutions to meet the departments ever expanding needs.

POSITION OVERVIEW & SKILL SET:

Core Azure, .NET tech stacks, including C#, MVC, Microsoft .NET Framework
API development including REST and SOAP, Microservices.
SQL Server (2016+) and SQL Server – T-SQL
Supporting the Project Manager providing Senior .Net Developer services for the lifecycle of the projects.
Visual Studio, DevOps, and Automated testing.

What do you bring to the role?
5+ years’ experience as a Senior .Net Developer.
Experience in API and integration development.
Azure experience with integration components and API Manager.
Industry experience with Microsoft Certification.
Experience with Microsoft cloud technologies.
Visual Studio, DevOps and Automated testing.

Additional desirable experience?
Integration experience with Azure tools, Azure Function, Logic Apps, API Management, Event Grid and app services.
Undertake enhancement and maintenance activities for existing .Net applications
Work across several software solutions.
Full stack development using JavaScript, JSON and C#.NET tech stacks
Mentoring fellow developers to ensure quality standards
knowledge of Prince 2 and Agile methodology and processes.
Prior experience working with Queensland State Government agencies.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Working across our products, microservices and internal tools to implement new features, improvements, and bug fixes
Continuously improve our DevOps capabilities through automation and exploration
Code reviewing your peers
Coordinating with product lead and developers to propose requirements and solutions
Investigate and implement new technologies
Experience in change management.
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a focus on simplification.
