Responsibilities:
– Assist in the daily administration and support of ServiceNow platform, including but not limited to managing user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations.
– Work with business SMEs to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers. Work with business SMEs to create and manage complex workflows, schedule jobs, flow designer, REST APIs
– Evaluate, develop, deploy and support any third-party app exchange applications within Servicenow ecosystem.
– Integrate, develop, deploy and support any third-party system or ServiceNow plugin into ServiceNow instance.
Requirements:
Master’s/ Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed University.
2-5 year of relevant Experience in well reputed company.
ServiceNow admin experience
Discovery experience (MID server configuration; Discovery job creation/scheduling; Discovery data analytics/troubleshooting; ECC queue troubleshooting skills; ability to expand Discovery to include new facilities)
Service Mapping experience (configuring, analyzing results, troubleshooting)
CSDM familiarity (able to make recommendations on populating CSDM tables not automatically populated by Discovery/CMDB)
Certifications on multiple ServiceNow platforms is a plus
Ability to work in the night shift (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM-PST)
