About the Role
We are looking for a product leader to join our Product and Marketing domain, reporting directly to the Chief Product & Marketing Officer. You will be a leader in your field and described as a passionate Senior Product Owner, ready to take on the responsibility of a new product focused on improving the in-venue payment experience for hospitality merchants and their venues. You love working with customers and delivering both exceptional technical solutions and an inspiring user experience.
You will have a firm understanding of payments and technology and the drive to ensure a frictionless user experience. You love being a trusted advisor and working closely with your team members throughout projects. We are looking for someone with innate curiosity and the drive to make a difference, both in the way we work and the outcomes we create. Ultimately you will want to deliver products that are innovative and push the boundaries of user experience and customer acceptance.
Key Responsibilities
Define product service and vision, continually striving for innovation and improvement
Lead an agile delivery team, grooming product backlog and owning the product roadmap
Work with UX, Marketing, Research & Data Specialist to understand our customers and deliver solutions meeting customer and business needs
Work with technical delivery teams to ensure effective, high quality output
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business goals, mitigate risks and determine a strategic approach to product development
About You
You are a certified Scrum Product Owner with the following experience:
Passionate about mobile tech with a desire to make a difference through technology
Proven ability navigating ambiguity leading teams to successfully deliver native mobile products
Deep understanding of Material Design
Experienced in building best practice for innovative and engaging customer experiences across digital products
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and influential stakeholder management skills
Good experience in using Confluence, JIRA, Figma and Amplitude
Experience working in payments, POS integration or other hospo-tech businesses (highly desired)
