My Client
My client is looking for a Senior React Native Mobile Developer to join their core team in their exponentially growing Fintech start-up. My client is building a world class product that gives users greater access to their financial information. They are looking for a Senior React Native Mobile developer to join their mobile team to continuously deploy new features and strategies that will stem from your direct input. Have your voice heard as you contribute and sometimes lead architectural discussions. Your day to day:
Write clean, effective and unit-testable code for simple or complex user tasks
Build reusable code and libraries for future use as a part of our design system
Work in agile, rapid development and prototyping environment where effective communication is paramount
Contribute to product ideas and deliver from start to finish
Explore new technologies and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the engineering team
Work on a modern cloud-based, event-driven microservice architecture
Build secure code that can scale to reach thousands of concurrent users
Iterate on problems quickly in a collaborative environment
Participate in a blameless culture that focuses on process and technology
Your skills:
At least 4+ years of experience in mobile development
Experience in building apps for ios and android
At least 2 years of solid React Native experience
Experience building large-scale, complex customer-facing applications
Experience with React & Typescript
Demonstrated experience with responsive design and development
Attention to detail and an understanding of UX and UI designs
Awareness of secure development practices
Experience with Cypress, Detox and Jest
Experience with Expo
Experience with Mobx
Experience with Storybook
Solid experience in Agile Development, Design Patterns and TDD
Experience with the mobile app release process
Proactive with a focus on getting things done, strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within set deadlines
Bonus Points:
Experience with instrumentation and metric collection
Most important is a passion for building products people love.
