About Cloud & Network Services (CNS)
Cloud and Network Services is a leading Nokia business group that offers Network solutions on Core, Business and Enterprise segments, as well as Cloud solutions and Cognitive Services.
It is a newly formed business group, that includes most of the former Nokia Software business, Nokia’s enterprise solutions, core network solutions including both voice and packet core, and managed and advanced services from its former Global Services unit.
This unit will also act as a delivery channel of certain products from other business groups to enterprise customers.
Cloud and Network Services (CNS) will target growth by leveraging the industry transition to cloud-based delivery, network-as-a-service business models, and software-led value creation.
Job Description
As a Senior Software Developer you will play key role in our customer’s digital transformation. You will maintain, evolve and grow our knowledge models (ontologies), presenting, annotating them to provide common understanding.
You will implement solutions based on W3C standards and our software stack, building enterprise knowledge graphs, help select and setup data integrations to deliver value to our customers.
You will become a member of agile, international team, shaping Nokia capabilities to transform towards a SW powerhouse. Nokia will offer you an expert role benefitting from most modern technologies, and innovativeness linked with data management and orchestration.

What you will learn and contribute to
Deploy, scale, integrate, and maintain entitlement management and delivery orchestration system in the context of Digital SWMP delivery. Work closely with SEaDOC product owner, ERP solution architect and NEAR Solution Designer to translate business requirements into technical solutions considering dependencies and implications to design, code, configuration, security, data integrity, performance and solution lifecycle.
Operate in a continuous delivery environment producing high-quality integrated SWMP delivery function modifications ready for production environment. Delivery function integration includes system setup, configuration, and testing of changes.
Ensure that SWMP delivery orchestration function is aligned with the Nokia enterprise architecture, cyber security and data governance access policies. Accountable for delivery function security assessment, data governance compliance and any needed resolutions prior to use phase.
Synchronize SEADOC system to Nokia PowerBI Service via Directquery gateway through close collaboration with respective IT Business Application Solution Designer.
Work with support teams to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve SWMP delivery orchestration issues in existing solution.
Challenge function requirement changes from 3rd party vendor and ensure implementation follows simple usable designs that meet business needs while balancing with low cost of ownership.
Maintain best development practices for technical design, solution development, system configuration, documentation, issue identification/resolution, and simple modular design.
Participate in self-organized Agile development team following IT PM practices for program/project delivery according to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Create and maintain documentation for end users as well as documents for internal use. Produce training materials and support training needs that support SWMP delivery system modifications and interfacing to Customer premise equipment

Your skills and experience
Minimum Qualifications:
Sophisticated knowledge in the following linked data areas as well as respective programming and query languages
Taxonomy and Ontology building
Knowledge graph building and management
Linked data management
RDF and RDFs
OWL
SPARQL
Scala/Java/Python
graph store expertise (such as Stardog, Graph DB etc.)
RBAC knowledge in virtualized environments, preferably Keycloak, SAML and others
Common Web-interface knowledge (RESTful API, API documentation in swagger, curl, JSON, YAML)
Cloud and virtualized network setup and management
Docker knowledge
Experience in Kubernetes and cluster management in general
Cluster / OS (Linux) resource management: file systems, NFS, user management, OS administration, logging, etc.
Scripting and automation experiences
Basic knowledge of IT security and asymmetric encryption

Preferred Qualifications:
DevOps+CI/CD experience
Open Container Initiative (OCI) knowledge
Eccenca Corporate Memory knowledge
Experienced with Golang
Experienced with Ruby
MS Azure / Amazon AWS knowledge
DBMS knowledge in general
Experience of analyzing IP traffic
Complementary programming languages such as C, C++, C#
Skills in HW/SW monitoring, administration, and deep Linux management experience
