Job Description : Job DescriptionManage and deliver projects from conceptualization & visualization to technology mapping and final execution including scope/change requestsInteract with Clients to create technical specifications from business & functional requirementsGuide team in defining the technical architecture of their projects, including working with them to finalize the DB schemaManage, mentor, and provide technical guidance/support to the teamReview & improve code, performance, stability, and scalability of deliverablesImprove technical competence of the team through training & developmentSkills & Experience:4-6 years of experience in scripting language development with minimum of 4 years in core Python & Python frameworks like DjangoExperience as Tech Lead in Python (preferred).Strong experience (4+ years) in web technologies like HTML, CSS, JScript, JavaScript frameworks (Angular/React)Strong experience in design, implementation, and optimization of RDBMS databases, especially PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDBExperience in developing technical/software design of the applicationExperience in working with Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQProven experience in planning, execution and implementation of high-quality software projects including experience with project management tools like Jira and TaigaExperience in client relationship management, project coordination and delivery management in an onsite-offshore modelExperience in iterative development methodologies like AgileExperience with DevOps (CI/CD, etc.)Experience in microservices and serverless computing (preferred)Strong documentation, communication, and team collaboration skillsMonitor development & unit-testing activities and report project progressJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹900,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridaySpeak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXApplication Deadline: 12/03/2022
