Job Description : About this opportunity
We are now looking for Cloud Integration Engineers.
This role will enable you to become part of the Telecom Core and Cloud team. Working with front-line technologies in 5G, NFVi and containerization. And to experience what it means to be in the front line to deliver the newest technology to operators. Along with the opportunity to develop automation skills (like: Ansible/Python/Jenkins for those inclined towards coding).
This is the environment you will be working in today, but you will also be among the first ones to have access to future technology advances.
What you will do
— Plan the implementation of the product configuration / integration work. Complete product configuration, implement upgrades, expansions and migration work. Prepare test-instructions based on test-objects
— Implement testing and verification activities. Investigate technical issues which are detected during verification, work to identify and drive improvements, be involved in Post project activities, share your knowledge and collaborate with team, project managers and customer stakeholders
You will bring
Minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom).
Experience: 2-8 years’ experience of deploying or administrating cloud systems and/or testing cloud infrastructures.
Experience working/administrating Linux systems (RHEL/Ubuntu/SUSE), knowledge of IP Networking (Layer 2 / Layer 3), solving problems, experience in customer project delivery.
Good communication Skill. Proficiency with English Language, analytical learning and researching skills, experience working in a dynamic and fast paced environment, be proactive, self-motivated, work independently and be customer orientated.
Good to have experience on any area of the following:
System integration, programming / scripting. Cloud architecture and virtualization technologies – Docker/Kubernetes!
Understanding of telecom network architecture / protocols. HTTP protocol-based client-server architecture, database applications!
