Your Role and Responsibilities
Project Management professional controls and manages the entire contract deliverables and ensure the key stakeholders are aligned to achieve the stated objectives in the account for both Customer and Organization. Responsibilities:Responsible for Cost Budget & Planning and Demand forecast.Account Risk Review .Post CFTS/ICA (New Business Check-list).Ensure effective communication plan and nurture relationships at all levels in the Account.Initiate BD activities in the Account.Ensure RFS activity is assigned to base growth seller post oppty identification (New Bus Check-list).PM and TCIS/Transition to agree on Transition exit criteria within 2 weeks of EHO. .Once cutover & close-out is complete, operational and process issues become the PMs to manage (typically 2 weeks after cutover per PDR.) PM is responsible for steady state operational problems.PM is responsible for managing in-flight project during T&T.PM is responsible for managing the account’s response to audits during T&T timeframe.PM will obtain document repository for Steady State
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
8+ years of IT infrastructure management experience .Cloud Service Management .5+ experience in handling complex projects
PMP certified or any equivalent certification in Program management Any cloud technology certification (AWS / GCP / Azure / IBM Cloud)
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
