Position :

Job Description : Call order administration- Receiving and logging calls and coordinate with Engineers for scheduling calls, dispatching calls and communicating back to customers
Provide back office admin support to field team – (calls, parts, customer, contracts, quotation, invoice etc.)
Scheduling of Preventive Maintenance, Installation jobs in consultation with Engineers and Supervisors
Training coordination, data management and reporting
Customer satisfaction survey related activities
Supporting Service leadership team with data and analysis
