Overall experience in Telecommunication Protocols and Products across Core and Cloud technologies and ecosystems including associated technologies such as NFV/SDN, cloud infrastructure, Edge Computing, Private Networks and Public safety including implementation, maintenance and integration. Hands on delivery management experience on Ericsson or other vendor products.
Within SDU Multidomain Solutioning, we are looking for a Service Delivery Line Manager to join us.
In this role you will be accountable to develop and lead a high-performance team of Customer Project Managers and Program Directors leading projects and programs in Telecom Core and Cloud area; and ensure the delivery of related services to the internal and external customers securing customer happiness while handling cost, schedule and quality to efficient levels.
What you will do
You will report to Head of Multi Domain Solution and CPM/PD Pool and will be part of the SDU I Cloud NFVi India Extended Leadership Team. And will be encouraged to:
Lead a team of CPM and PD in Telecom Core and Cloud area. Identify technology trends. Maintain competence readiness, capability and capacity.
Maintain oversight of the key work of the team across Market Areas and Time-zones. Sharp focus on enabling efficiency levers across projects/programs in span of control!
Perform leadership responsibilities, accountable & influence in a matrix environment. Stakeholder management & collaboration across SDU, PDU & MA, partners. Perform central initiatives based on organizational priorities.
Manage crisis and issues; KPI reporting and governance at team/unit level. Bring in technology orientation and operational efficiency together in the unit. Focus on automation and modernization. Coaching and mentoring of team members!
You will bring
Demonstrated capability in Telecommunication Core and Cloud technologies including associated technologies such as NFV/SDN, cloud infrastructure, Edge Computing, Private Networks and Public safety including implementation, maintenance and integration.
5+ years of hands-on delivery experience on Ericsson or other vendor products. Meticulous planning and tracking skills. Good analytical ability.
Prior people leadership experience would be an advantage.
Outstanding presentation and communication skills. Strong consultative and customer engagement skills.
Ability to lead operational transformation. Passion for innovation, technology and simplification. Solid understanding of financial & commercial aspects
Multi-tasking across time zone, task prioritization, problem solving and influencing skills. Solid understanding of market trends and competitive landscape
Previous delivery management experience with Ericsson & BDGS processes, tools & portfolio would be desired.
Ability to build, empower, engage and develop the team performance.
