Job Description : We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Admin/Developer The person will work closely in international team, who is responsible for system configuration, understand the process, business requirements, functional requirements and developing the technical requirements.Experience: 5+ years experiences in ServiceNow administrationMin. 1 end to end implementation experience in ServiceNowGood knowledge in ServiceNow database hierarchies and designPerfect English-speaking skillsRequired Skillset: 5 years of experience in ServiceNowStrong working knowledge of ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Release Management.Configuring, administering, and scripting within ServiceNow, including creating workflowsBuilding service requests from customer requirements including requests, request items and tasks using workflows to manage data flows from the customer to the support teams providing the service.Develop systems integrations and process automation within ServiceNow.Technical integration experience with REST standards is preferred.Managing Data Feeds and Loading data (Data Sources) in ServiceNow.Experience in creating a reports and dashboards.Content Management System, Email Notifications (Priority/ Weight concept),Experience working on ServiceNow Instance/s management (Like Manage Upgrades, Activate Plugin).Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: Up to ₹85,000.00 per monthBenefits:Flexible scheduleHealth insuranceInternet reimbursementLeave encashmentLife insuranceProvident FundWork from homeSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Performance bonusYearly bonusWork Remotely:Temporarily due to COVID-19Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
