Job Description : Role: SharePoint DeveloperLocation: – Remote USADuration: 12 +MonthsNumber of Positions: 3Job DescriptionRequisition Title: IT SharePoint DeveloperDescription: May be 100% remote but able to work on EST hours. MUST adhere to Crown vaccination policy, even for remote workers.As a SharePoint Developer you will work within the IT Client Service team to deliver and support stable Microsoft SharePoint solutions that support the client’s business needs. This will include configuring, developing, deploying, and supporting a customized Intranet utilizing Microsoft SharePoint as well as third party components. The position will also include systems analysis techniques and user consultation skills through the process of creating detailed specifications, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and maintaining various SharePoint related items.Essential Job FunctionsDesign, develop and document SharePoint solutions, which may include client-side applications, web parts, features, content types, and other SharePoint constructs, by using Microsoft Visual Studio, SharePoint Designer and other tools, for deployment on SharePoint Server.Participate in component and data architecture design.Well versed with ‘out of the box’ web parts.Design and implement SharePoint lists, libraries, custom forms, and data roll-ups beyond out-of-the-box capabilities.Design and develop information architecture constructs, including managed metadata, content types, site columns, among others.Education/CertificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experienceExperience/Minimum RequirementsFive (5) years SharePoint development experienceExperience with SharePoint 2010 and 2013 client side object model and SharePoint 2010 and 2013 workflow engine required.Other Skills/AbilitiesAbility to lead technical SharePoint implementations and enhancements through to completion.Experience in all aspects of application development (analysis and design to implementation and support).Advanced application development (preferable .NET with VB or C#) experience.SQL Server database design and implementation experience. Experience developing against Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or 2012.A good understanding of IT Infrastructure (hardware, software, data, networking).Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 Active Directory and Internet Information Services (IIS) experience.Experience developing and consuming .NET Web Services.Experience developing and deploying customized InfoPath solutions.Understanding of CAML.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work independently with a clientAbility to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.Responds well under pressure with deadlines.Excellent customer service skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.A self-starter with high levels of drive, energy, resilience and a desire for professional excellence.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ₹50.00 – ₹70.00 per hourSchedule:Morning shiftExperience:SharePoint: 5 years (Preferred)Expected Start Date: 08/02/2023
