Job Description : Main Responsibilities · Develop and implement a variety of SharePoint / SharePoint Online centric solutions, including:o Web Content Management (e.g. Intranet, Internet, Extranet)o Collaboration (e.g. Team/Project/Community sites, MySite/OneDrive)o Business process management (e.g. workflow, electronic forms)o Document Management (e.g. custom content types, policies, metadata)· Provide SharePoint administrative duties such as:o Adding users, controlling access to document libraries, and setting permissions.o Performing maintenance of the SharePoint platform, servers, and intranet.o Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions.o Performing data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss.o Ensuring sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data.o Maintaining network infrastructure, as well as managing encryption, security zones, and firewalls.· Ensuring user education and correct use is maintained to a high levelo Providing SharePoint support and end-user training.o Reviewing usage and activity reports and adjusting to ensure optimized user-experiences.o Keeping up to date with SharePoint developments and performing version updates and upgrades.· Provide input and support on other IT project workEducation· Third Level Qualification, Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant computing fields.Required Experience· 5-6 years of experience as a SharePoint administrator.· Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, as well as SQL Server, Power BI, PowerShell, and Office 365.· Knowledge of SharePoint tools, including ULS Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms for tasks.· Experience of working on technical projects, including liaising with external suppliers and team members working from different locationsDesirable Experience· Experienced in SharePoint migrations· Azure Active Directory· Azure Cloud Computing ServicesSkills and qualities· Superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.· Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.· Excellent organisational and time-management skills.· Responsible and proactive· Interest in keeping up to date with fast-changing technologies and trends, and to take training courses and examsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSchedule:Morning shiftExperience:total work: 5 years (Preferred)
