Job Description : Position SummaryFull Stack Development approaches software development holistically since it caters to both user experience and functionality.Position requires “someone who can work on both the back-end and front-end of systems.” this means that they need to develop or test full-fledged platforms (with databases, servers and clients) which don’t need other applications to function.As a Full Stack Developer, one should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages (such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, PHP, C# etc.) to develop Web & Mobile applications, development frameworks and third-party libraries. One should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utilityPrimary ResponsibilitiesWork with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutionsDesign client-side and server-side architectureBuild the front-end of applications through appealing visual designDevelop and manage well-functioning databases and applicationsDesign and develop effective, performant and secure APIsTest software to ensure responsiveness and efficiencyTroubleshoot, debug and upgrade softwareCreate security and data protection settingsBuild features and applications with a mobile responsive designWrite technical documentationBe able to communicate effectively with both your team and clients that you are managing.Have initiative, independent and offer valuable technology insightsBe disciplined, produce results without being constantly remindedBe hard working, willing to work in a dynamic and challenging environmentBe resourceful and curious to try new technology and conceptsBe able to adapt to high-pressure environments and have the ability to handle multiple projects at any single time.Experience And Skills RequiredKnowledge of professional software engineering practices for the full software development lifecycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build process, testing and operations.Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Full-Stack development experience in Web and Mobile app development on any of the 3 job families listed below & can start producing code from day 1.Small scale web development experience in using technologies such as PHP or Python, MySQL or other RDBMS, Javascript, HTML5,CSS, jQuery, WordPress, ReactJS or Django or similar web UI frameworksMid to large scale development experience using Java or .NET or node.js, MongoDB or similar NoSQL object storage, Redis or similar cache, Server-side Performance and Memory profiling and Tuning, Client Side page load and transition performance tuning, Web Servers e.g. Apache, Tomcat or similar Production Deployment Management – Docker, etc apart from above mentioned technologies in small scale web development.Solid Experience in Mobile App Development, Android & iOS and PWA app development using Java / Objective C / Swift / ElectronJS / or similar frameworks. Backend API Development, App Side performance tuning and crash rate reduction techniques apart from above mentioned technologies in small to large scale development.Project experience in API-based Architecture and Design.
