Job Description : Job Responsibilities:Manage and be accountable for LMS course running activities proactively.Upgrade organisation Learning Systems for UI/UX, Functionality and Gamification.Provide ad hoc support to the internal team for resolving LMS related queries.Delegate Team Tasks effectively and monitor execution on LMS.Maintain Accurate Records of team, Participants, Guests, Trainers and Admin Data in LMS along with their Activity.Prepare weekly reports on user behaviour on LMS for different roles.Collaborate with Other Departments to give inputs for Online Training Strategy.Research to Drive initiatives and Upgrades.Required Skills:1.Expert on below mentioned software:Moodle, Learning Management systems (LMS), Web Development (PhP, WordPress, REST, SOAP, SAML, API).2. Give proactive suggestions to achieve organisational and learning goals.3. 24×7 availability during active courses.4.Team building and management skills.5.Reports and Data Analytics interpretation.6.Strong Written and Verbal Communication.7. Attention to detail.Qualification: B. Tech IT/CS or related fieldsExperience: Minimum 3 Years with Online Learning or relevant softwareJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shift
