Your Role Build advanced statistical models, algorithms and trend analysis in order to discover predictive insights related to business objectives.Translate data algorithms and complex ideas into actionable management insights and solutions.Research and develop approaches on how to improve business processes and customers experience by using our vast amounts of data.Communicate effectively with leadership and developers across teams.Clearly define, design and plan implementations of machine learning solutions in product. We offer the excitement of a fast-paced entrepreneurial workplace and the professional growth opportunities of an established global organization Your Day-to-Day Be actively involved in all phases of R&D development processDevelop iterative prototypes when appropriatePrepare design note(s) as per group standards, based on an approved set of requirements. A design note shall include at minimum: Requirement statement, problem definition, solution description, test scenariosResolve assigned Stories/Tasks per organization guidelinesCompletes all work according to schedule requirementsWrite well documented & performing code including source code documentation that meets organizational standardsSolicit code reviews for your workParticipate in code reviews of others workRun/develop unit tests and work with QA for automated tests.Attend daily stand-up to stay agile, share ideas, give feedback, and stay on track.Must-Have Skills 4+ years hands-on experience with building statistical models, machine learning techniques, time series analysis and deep learning Hands on experience with machine learning libraries like scikitlearn, tensorflow and exposure towards NLP techniques.Preferred:Masters in a quantitative research field (e.g., Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering etc.).Experience on working with structured and unstructured data on data aggregation, sub-setting, manipulation and pre-processing, and data visualization.Ability to turn models into production solutions for customers.Experience of running large-scale backend services that host complex models and algorithms.Experience of creating and deploying machine learning models in cloud platform.Hands on experience in working with AWS or other cloud platform.Experience and proficiency with SQL queries, Java, R, Hadoop, Spark, Python, Tensorflow.Practical, intuitive problem solver with a demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into actionable data science tasks and translate quantitative analysis into actionable business strategies.Ability to work in a culture that thrives on feedback and seeks opportunities to stretch outside comfort zone.
