Taking your place as a core member of a growing exciting Site Reliability Engineering support team, you will be utilizing the latest technology tools and practice, you may be writing code and test cases, working with API specs and automation to maintain the resiliency, performance and availability of a group of business-critical applications.
Identifying opportunities for adopting new technologies.
Removing toil and continues to drive efficiencies and optimization.
Able to work on shift duty in a 24/7 support organization. Anytime between 8:30 IST to 21 IST hours (12 hrs) X 7 Days.
Tech Stack/ Programming language – Either Java, Python or Go Lang.
Must have working knowledge of APM tools, such as ELK stack, Splunk. APM tools such as prometheus. Dashboard with Grafan
Working Experience in Redhat Open Shift 3.9/3.11 or Kubernetes 1.9/1.11 and above.
Working Experience in Ansible and applying automation in medium/advance level.
Working Experience in Docker, Git, CI/ CD, Jenkins/XLR.
Education & Experience:
A total of 4 to 8 Years of IT experience, Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in Openshift or Kubernetes
Minimum 2+ years as an Administrator/ Consultant with proven expertise systems management with OpenShift and/ or Kubernetes.
Experience in security integration using oAuth and LDAP is a plus.
Expereince in RHEL 7 and/ or Linux administration.
Expert Unix and Shell Scripting knowledge. Well versed with basic networking fundamentals, Cluster Resource management and Cloud deployment On-Premise cloud platforms, including monitoring systems, logging and security implementation Responsibilities.
Other Skills Exposure to Atlassian toolset JIRA and Confluence is preferred.
Experience with databases Couchbase, Redis, Postgress is a Plus.
Familiar with Agile or other rapid application development methods
Hands-on expertise with application design, software development and automated testing
A proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks.
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related experience required; advanced degree preferred
