Job Description
Project Tracking ( WBS update Review ) :
Monitoring, tracking, reviewing, and regulating the progress and performance of the project.
Identify any areas where changes to the project management method are required and initiate the required changes.
WBS Update & Timely review
Project Coordination (Follow up, Asset Arrangement):-
Ensuring that satisfactory action has been taken for all logged defects, process improvement, and change requests
Streamline the workflow of your tasks assigned to the team members & timely delivery of the task assigned.
Coordination & Follow up with the Clients on regular basis.
Timely reviews of the deliverables with both Client and team
Review:-
Systematic examination of a Document,
Finding and removing errors early in the software development life cycle,
Verifying documents such as requirements, system designs, coding standards, test plans, and test cases.
QA:-
Functional and Non Functional testing and reviews
Executing a system in order to detect bugs in the product so that they get fixed.
Ensure that the software product being developed meets the quality requirements.
Test result tracking and progress monitoring
Adjust the end product to the customer’s needs, and keep the project on target. Ensures the product is properly and consistently tested, evaluated.
End to End Traceability
Track the changes done for the existing files.
Encourages constant product testing to discover and fix bugs early
AMC Tracking:-
Create and verify and share the monthly review report with the team
Timely DB Backups and restorations
As and when required perform Assets Backup and restorations
Monitor server billing cycle and report the same
Perform timely server clean-up activities
Track the above period and suggest improvements as required
