As a Solution Architect, you will co-create and expanding on client’s requirement and translating those into technical design and implementation plan for sophisticated, scalable and robust solutions. You will represent technology and delivery in the bid team, play a key in setting-up delivery for success and provide our clients with the technology expertise and leadership to make their business ambitions a digital world.
We are building a community of Architects capable of shaping the design of our largest and more crucial programmes. This community is equally comfortable explaining complex solution design for the C-Suite and the media, as well as collaborate with other teams with a wide variety of functional, industry and technology skills to gain support for adapting to changing requirements. Hands-on technical experience and ability to experiment with various cloud and industrial solutions is important.

As a Solution Architect, you will:
Accenture’s Solution Architecture Team is composed of hands-on architects whose work with our clients to design and deliver systems for sophisticated custom projects using the latest technologies, and to build application that transcend today’s digital world and fundamentally enable change for our clients’ businesses.
Be the authority to construct total solutioning proposal includes USP (Unique Selling Point) of offering and pricing, high level scope of both functional and technical requirements, data and security blueprint, resources planning and timeline during pre-sales stage
Design and deliver sophisticated cross-domain solutions encompassing a rich variety of technologies and using a mixture of agile and planned methods to provide innovative solutions to address clients’ needs
Develop innovative solutions, differentiated value propositions and delivery models to drive ground-breaking value, growth and profitable sales – bring the best of One Accenture to our clients to deliver projects that combine Industry X, Cloud First and AI
Work with internal teams, client technical teams, client executives, and partners to create and deliver successful solutions – prepare and review solution plans, cost models and written proposals as appropriate to ensure alignment with delivery methodologies to ensure successful program delivery.
Participate in or to drive deep architectural discussions to build trust and rapport with clients during solutioning and implementation stages. Build client relationships with Chief Engineers and CIO through experience
Be a trusted technical advisor to clients and project members to tackle complex technical challenges, and establish credibility & build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within client organization
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge in software architecture, have breadth across technology stacks with deep hands-on skills, and passionate about working with customers to help build applications at scale
Design & implementation experience on sophisticated, large scale distributed applications; 3+ years implementing connected products and platforms modernisation.
Systems design experience, with the ability to architect or explain sophisticated systems interactions including data flows, common interfaces, APIs and other methods
Broad architecture skills, covering application, infrastructure, data and integration
Strong technical background desired, including:
Experience / Knowledge on Enterprise Architecture methodology such as TOGAF is a plus
Practical solid understanding of one (or more) of Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform
Strong experience in working with data platforms (Cloud and/or Big Data)
Experience with scalable networking technologies (e.g. Load Balancers, Firewalls) and web standards (e.g. REST APIs, web security mechanisms)
Proven track record implementing mobile and web-oriented applications
Sound understanding and experience of contemporary paradigms, such as Cloud, DevOps and Agile
Effective project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work well with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base
Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives and IT Management.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast-moving technology landscape
