Servicenow is a leader in the 2021 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Low-Code Application Platforms. As the pre-sales Solution Architect for our Build & Automate solutions pillar, you will work with selected partners to bring to market joint customer offerings that leverage our low-code application development, hyper automation and ERP products.
As a key member of our Alliance & Channel Ecosystem (ACE) Solution Architect team, you will lead a major contribution to the success of Servicenow’s fastest growing business unit: Creator & ERP Workflows. You will use your ERP solution and industry experience as well as your No/Low Code or App Dev knowledge to help targeted system integrator partners create game-changing go-to-market Offerings. The ideal candidate has familiarity with the ERP and finance solutions market and an understanding of core processes such as procurement, finance and supply chain. In this new role you will help our partners develop technical capabilities to drive the creation of innovative customer-ready offerings and guide them throughout the process. In addition, the candidate will be able to lead strategic conversations based on partner market, vertical, and horizontal positioning, segmentation, install base, and technical specializations.
The core of this role is to work with partners to drive the creation of revenue generating offerings and the use of offerings to help accelerate, close, expand deals. The success of the Solution Architect will be measured under three specific criteria: new offerings, new customers, and net new business. Additional metrics include revenue growth, increased innovation, accelerated release cycles, and increased partner investment.
What you get to do in this role:Your primary responsibility will be to help identify, develop and bring to market new joint Low Code and ERP Partner Offerings based on Servicenow’s Creator Workflow products.You will build and maintain expertise in Servicenow’s products, platform architecture as well as both complementary and competitive technologyYou will engage targeted Servicenow partners to identify, ideate, architect, cultivate, launch, monetize, and scale new Low Code & ERP Modernization Offerings to fundamentally transform the World of Work for customers.You will engage with the partner’s sales and technical teams to understand their business imperatives, partner specializations and influence the architecture of new client offerings.You will take a lead role in technology conversations with partners, serving as an evangelist for ServiceNow platform and technology capabilities.You will own technical leadership and governance of the joint go to market plan and the Offer development lifecycleYou will work closely and collaboratively with the Alliance and Channel Ecosystem (ACE) partner teams in each geography to support a representative offering strategy for each GeoYou will help support successful execution of offering launches to the global sales and solution consulting teamTravel for partner, customer, and organizational activities up to 50%.

Drive significant growth in the Creator Workflows business globally through jointly developed Partner business offerings. Be recognized for your Servicenow product expertise, as a technical architecture thought leader, and collaborator by the business unit, sales and partners. Meet quarterly and annual business goals.
Qualifications
Qualifications10+ years of technical sales, pre-sales or similar experience.5+ years of experience in the ERP solutions industry as a solutions consultant or technical lead (required).5+ years of Servicenow platform development experience.Material experience in working with System Integrator Partners, technology partners, either at a partner or ERP solutions company.Excellent understanding of the architectural principles for cloud-based platforms that include SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, and automationIntrinsically curious and passionate about researching current and emerging technologies and developing innovative solutions.Talented at explaining complex topics clearly and concisely; effective at providing practical guidance; able to demonstrate and present at the highest level.Superior verbal and written communication skills, facilitation skills, and impeccable communication habits.Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Engineering, Security, or similar will be an advantage.
