Job Description : Role & Responsibilities of Project Coordinator / Sourcing Executive– Preparing Mood Boards, Power-point Presentations, BOQs, and Quotations for Client.– Handling whole project starting from the selection of the Products to sourcing them to the execution of the project.– Study drawings, layouts, 3Ds and ability to understand them well.– Closely working and understanding project requirements from Business Development Team.– Vendor Development and Material price negotiation.– Product Sourcing of international brands.– Handling client queries received by Business Development Team– Working with various Agencies and procuring required samples of material– Visit Project Site as and when required.– On Site assigning day to day work to Supervisor.– Updating Site progress report to management on daily basis.Required Skills in the Candidate– Architectural / Interior Designing / PMC Companies– Project Coordination / Project Management Skills– Auto Cad is a must– English Communication (written and spoken both)– PowerPoint Presentation– Microsoft Excel.– Understanding of colors, materials and finishesJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:Leave encashmentSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Commission payYearly bonusApplication Deadline: 31/03/2022Expected Start Date: 01/03/2022
